Requirements

• Experience with designing e-commerce, wordpress and other CMS front end templates is a must.
• Our sites will be interactive so you must be able to work with existing php based systems.
• Experience in JavaScript, AJAX using jQuery.
• Ability to take a PSD and turn it into valid XHTML and external CSS.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience developing (deployed) application features with PHP and MySQL
• Proficient understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming
• Working knowledge of Zend Framework, CakePHP, CodeIgniter or other MVC PHP frameworks is a plus
• Expertise creating, configuring, and optimizing MySQL databases and queries
• Go-getter: you figure out what needs to be done vs. having to be told
• Process driven; you work smarter, not harder
• Experience using Subversion (SVN) or another versioning system
• Experience working in a Linux command line environment. Bonus for any knowledge of systems admin tasks such as Apache configuration management.

What you’ll be doing

• Perform hands-on programming and application development
• Collaborate with User Experience and Project Management teams to prototype or brainstorm solutions for our clients
• Manage and mentor other members of the development team
• Provide feedback to the project manager concerning project risks, creative aspects, and schedules
• Deliver releases per schedules agreed upon with project manager
• Provide business development support as needed including meeting with clients and creative teams
• On a regular basis, accurately account for and enter your hours in our time entry system

You must have built several websites utilizing a CMS. We will be looking at your sites and calling references so please be honest about which elements of the project were yours. We are looking for people with leadership and communication skills to work collaboratively with clients and creative team members. You will be expected to work within budgets, juggle multiple tasks under pressure, articulate creative ideas and meet strict deadlines.

This position specializes in the day-to-day online marketing functions for a new and quickly growing telecommunications provider in Atlanta. Responsibilities will include the areas of paid search management, email marketing, social media, affiliate programs, copy writing, etc. Applicants should be computer whizzes and highly competent in the fields of Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, blogging and more.

Applicants will need to research, write and post articles about Telonium technologies, industry news, and engage new clients in a conversational style. They must be computer and Internet/search engine savvy to perform online research. Applicants must thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment,  be proactive and have a strong desire to learn. In addition, the applicants will possess the follow super powers:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to utilize reporting tools for analysis of traffic, referral links and reader demographics Ability to utilize computerized word processing, blogging and internet software
• Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)

While no work experience is required, before joining the Telonium team this candidate may have been an online marketing coordinator, amateur blogger or editor for a local newspaper. Perhaps, they even worked for a couple of start ups in previous internships. Most importantly, they know how to self-start, meet deadlines and be productive in a team environment. This person may say, “I’m not sure what I want to be when I grow up!” but loves to write, communicate, grow and spread ideas.
